Nastaran Hornett

Executive MANAGER

Nas joined QMB in 2011 as Operations Manager, towards the final phase of construction, and was responsible for building the operational infrastructure, including procurement, marketing and events, tenant onboarding and lease negotiations. Nas has played a central role in establishing the QMB brand and has more recently taken on the role of Executive Manager to create and oversee the strategic direction of QMB and QME. Nas is passionate in helping Life Science start-ups establish and grow their ventures through innovation and entrepreneurship.

Sheryl Malloy

Operations Manager

Sheryl has extensive customer service and hospitality experience spanning across New Zealand, Australia and UK. After more than 10 years within the hospitality industry, she made the move into the world of co-working. Sheryl joined the team in 2021 as Community Manager to oversee the running of the QME centre and more recently in 2023 she has started a new role as Operations Manager at QMB. Sheryl liaises with the tenants regularly to ensure high levels of customer service to the tenants. She also runs regular event and networking sessions at QMB and QME.

Lukas Dzius

Facilities Manager

Lukas is a qualified controls and electrical engineer with 20 years’ experience. He also has a BEng in Technical Physics. Lukas joined the QMB team in 2014 and has been an integral part of the team. Previous to QMB, Lukas worked for Queen Mary University of London and in a variety of roles in the private sector. He has assisted many large scale tenant projects as well as carrying out other internal projects such as energy optimisation. Lukas has a pragmatic and hand-on approach and has contributed towards QMB’s success.

Adam Wrobel

maintenance technician

Adam is a qualified electrician with 25 years’ experience. Previous to QMB, Adam worked at variety of 5 star hotels in maintenance engineering positions including the Ned Hotel. Together with the Facilities Manager, he looks after the day to day maintenance of the QMB, ensuring continuous service is provided to the QMB tenants, as well as taking part in planned preventive maintenance.

Monika Holubowicz

Reception Manager

Monika is a highly enthusiastic and dedicated office support professional with 15 years’ experience in the financial and education sector.  Monika joined the QMB team in 2022 as a Reception Manager and looks after the smooth running of the services to QMB tenants. She also provides administrative support to the support to the executive team.

Sara Cucciniello

receptionist

Sara is part of the QMB reception team. She is an experienced receptionist, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support. Previous to QMB, Sara spent 10 years working in the hospitality industry, including hotels, airports, galleries and studios across Italy and the UK.
