QMB offers three meeting rooms of varied sizes and a Boardroom equipped with projection facilities, which are booked on an hourly basis. Our meeting rooms can be booked by internal tenants and external clients.

Meeting Room 2
Located on the ground floor, this room has seating for 6 delegates, an HDMI screen with video conferencing facilities and an HDMI connector. Tea and coffee are available from the self-service bean-to-cup coffee machine.
Meeting Room 3
Located on the ground floor, this room has seating for 6 delegates, an HDMI screen with video conferencing facilities and an HDMI connector. Tea and coffee are available from the self-service bean-to-cup coffee machine.
Meeting Room 4
Located on the ground floor, this room has seating for 8 delegates, an HDMI screen with video conferencing facilities and an HDMI connector. Tea and coffee are available from the self-service bean-to-cup coffee machine.
Boardroom 1
Located on the ground floor, this room has a Nespresso machine and a selection of teas. This room has seating for 16 delegates, a 65-inch HDMI screen with video conferencing facilities and an HDMI connector.
