Queen Mary Bioenterprises (QMB) Innovation Centre, the provider of London's newest high-specification facilities for start-up and early stage life science businesses invites you to Biotech and BioPharm Breakfast Briefing on Tuesday 12th July, 2011.

This is the first in a series of breakfast briefings that will offer an insight into the real issues currently facing the UK Biotech and bioPharm sector.

Panellists include:

Andy Richards: Biotech Entrepreneur. Andy has a foot in both the listed sector, though his directorship of Vevtura plc and Summit plc, and in unlisted sector through his directorships of Theradeas Ltd, Arecor Ltd, Abcodia Limited, Novacta Biosystems Ltd, Ixico Ltd and Altacor Ltd.


Shawn Manning: Singer Capital Markets. Shawn is an analyst in the life sciences team at Singer Capital Markets where he covers UK and European small to mid-cap biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Singer Capital Markets has acted as a financial adviser and corporate broker to Oxford BioMedica, Sinclair Pharma., Proteome Sciences and Summit on equity issues.


Ivan Griffin: NESTA. Ivan makes and manages NESTA's investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining NESTA, Ivan spent four years at IP Group where he was predominantly focused on healthcare and life science businesses.
