VIRTUAL TENANTS SIGN UP TO QMB INNOVATION CENTRE LABORATORY
The QMB Innovation Centre now has a virtual tenancy offering, with eight virtual tenancy contracts in place.
Queen Mary Bioenterprises Limited (or ‘the QMB Innovation Centre’), a leading technology & science London based Innovation Centre, announces the signing of eight companies as virtual tenants, they are:
- BioMoti
- Ferlin Medical
- Dice Engine
- Activiomics
- Neaurotex
- Vaxome
- Degresense
- Stealthyx Therapeutics
The QMB Innovation Centre currently offers virtual tenancies to both London based companies seeking to tap into the QMB Support Network, and non-London based companies seeking a foothold in London. Virtual tenancies are tailored to each individual company needs and offer a wide range of support services such as free consultancy with our approved business providers, access to our events and mailing address facilities.
Five of the eight virtual tenants signed up are Queen Mary Innovation portfolio companies. Vaxome, Activiomics, Stealthyx Therapeutics and Neurotex are early stage portfolio companies spun-out by Queen Mary University's technology transfer office Queen Mary Innovation.

BioMoti
BioMoti is a cancer therapeutics co-development company. Their OncoJanTM intracellular drug delivery platform focused on cancer therapeutics is based on technology developed at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary, University of London.
Ferlin Medical
Ferlin Medical Ltd has developed the technology to proof-of-concept stage for a painless, non-invasive monitoring system for blood glucose. Unlike existing solutions this device will change people’s apprehensions towards blood sugar monitoring.The company is a spin-out from a successful medical device company which developed three discrete cancer related clinical applications that are now undergoing clinical trials.
Dice Engine
Dice Engine is producing an innovative engine technology which claims to produce close to twice the power of a conventional four stroke engine (suitable for cars, motorbikes, planes and boats, etc) of similar mass and dimensions. The technology will have huge fuel and manufacturing cost saving implications.
Simone Reid, Business Development Director at the QMB Innovation Centre said:

Virtual tenancies can be offered to any London based company seeking business support and/or touch down space at QMB Innovation Centre.
