Innovation Centre

The Queen Mary BioEnterprises Innovation Centre provides laboratory space over three floors fitted out to a category two standard.

Laboratory and open plan write-up space is available in suites from 500 sq. feet to 10,000 sq. feet, with flexible competitively priced leases. The space is being fitted out with labs to biosafety level 2.

The lab designs are based on a 60% laboratory and 40% write-up split.  The labs have been designed to house both microbiological safety cabinets and chemistry fume cupboards.

All areas will benefit from comfort cooling, suspended ceilings and recessed lighting asell as fitted out with benching and shelving.
