Innovation Centre

The QMB Innovation Centre provides laboratory space across three floors - the laboratories being fitted out to a category two standard.

Laboratory and write-up space is available in suites from 500 sq. feet to 10,000 sq. feet, with flexible leases.  For early subscribers, there is also the unrivalled opportunity to have space fitted out to specified requirements – with sealed floor coverings in the laboratories and carpeted floors in the offices. 'You design it, we provide it,' is the promise to prospective tenants.

The lab designs are based on a 60% laboratory and 40% write up split.  The labs have been designed to house both microbiological safety cabinets and chemistry fume cupboards - the location and size of which will be defined in individual negotiations with tenants.

All areas will benefit from comfort cooling, suspended ceilings and recessed lighting and will be fitted out with benching and shelving.
